DELIVERY & RETURN
When ordering from us at Stagwatches.se the shipping and return is for free within Europe. If you live in any other parts of the world, we charge a 400SEK(~$36) shipping fee.
DELIVERY TIME
When an order is paid and confirmed, the order will be shipped the same day(if the order is placed before 16.00). Delivery time is 1-3 business days within Sweden and International shipping can take up to 7-14 business days, depending on where in the world you live. Should your order be delayed for any reason, we will contact you and you will be entitled to cancel your purchase, if preferred.
GET YOUR NOTICE BY EMAIL OR TEXT
Once your order has been shipped from us, you will receive a delivery email with a transport ID-number. This can be used to search for your package at PostNord.se and also to pick up your order when it has arrived at the service center. When the package has arrived to the service center you will receive a note either by text on your phone or by mail.
NOTE! You always have to legitimize yourself when picking up your package.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the package and / or content is damaged when you get it, please notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and send you a new product.
NOT COLLECTED
Once you received the note about your package, you’ll have to collect your watch within 14 days, or Stag Watches will charge all customers a fee of the return. If you, for any reason, change your mind about the watch and want to return or exchange it, you have to contact us so we can confirm your return. Once your return is confirmed by us, the package has to be with us within 14 days or it will automatically be registered as unpayed and charged accordingly.
You are always entitled to return your goods within 14 days from the date you received your package. If you have an order with multiple items that for any reason has been sent on different dates, your 14 days of right to return starts when you have recieved the last item. Without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notified us about your return, your money will be sent back to you on the bank account your used when purchasing our product. If you want to undo your purchase right away, please let us know as soon as possible and we will stop the withdrawal immediately.
To return your package for free, regardless of the size of the package or the number of items, contact us and we will email you a return slip. You can also choose other options to return the product, but you will be responsible for the actual costs of returning the goods as a customer. We ask you to return your package as soon as possible in its original package. The right of undo your order applies to everything on our website StagWatches.se.
We have a 7 years warranty on all our watches.
The guarantee applies:
If the product during these 7 years would deteriorate
we are required to do any of the following:
- Repair the item
- Offer the customer another product
- Reduce the price
- Give a refund once the product is delivered back to us
The warranty does not apply if you have been negligent
The warranty can not always be guaranteed.
Our warranty does not apply if:
- There has been an incident with the product after the customers has received it
- If the product has been neglected
- If the product has been used in an unnatural way
- If the customer did not follow maintenance and service instructions
Please note that you will have to have the goalkeeper’s permission to shop at Stag Watches if you are under 18. All goods remain Stag Watches property until the full payment has been received. Stag Watches reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
